Returns & Refund Policy — Cosmic Little Monkey

At Cosmic Little Monkey, each piece is created with care. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Original Artworks Original artworks are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the work arrives damaged during transit. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will work with you to find the best solution on a case-by-case basis.

Prints Prints are accepted for return only in cases of damage during transit. You must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged item and its packaging. Returns will not be accepted after this period or for reasons other than transit damage.

Refunds Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
